Another new build for a customer.

Forged 355
LT1 heads from ET Performance
custom BRE cam

LT1 boost Custom PT88 Kit
1 3/4" headers
2.5" crossover
3.5 downpipe
50mm JGS wastegate
60mm JGS BOV
4" A2A IC
3" IC piping

Started building the pass side header today.

Your a busy busy man with these builds. Are your customers members on the forum? If not, do you tell them to join up so they can watch the progress of their build. I think that would be a cool "service" to offer people who are spending that kinda change, the ability to log on their computer no matter where they are .

Have you ever considered doing a Tri-Y merge on the headers, just out or curiosity?

Wastegate inlet completed. Customer is gonna have it vent to atmosphere. I need to fab the dump pipe still.

That's looking real nice! Does the PT88 kit fit in place with the stock radiator setting and keep A/C ?

this one doesn't Mike, but you know that i can build any it in any configuration.

Cool, (I forgot who I was dealing with :) ) Can you build the kit with a 3.5" DP and cross it over to the passenger side going into the catalytic converter area?

IMO i is too tight to fit the 3.5" DP thru the K on the pass side 9especially if wanting to keep A/C).
