I was deadlifting earlier and got to my last set and got stuck about half-way, started jerking the weight up, and literally almost shit my pants... Now, I don't know how many of you are familiar with NO Xplode, but I drink it before I workout, and let me tell you, it can have quite a laxative effect. Anyways, I thought I was good to go, but I was wrong. This got me thinking about shit and other funny stuff like how many people walk around with brown stains all day long in their underwear... etc. So I'm wondering when the last time anyone actually pooed themselves recently and how old you are?? I'm 20 and almost embarassed myself in a public gym. I know everyone here knows what I'm talkin about so POST UP!! LOL
