My wife woke me up at 6:30 this morning. Saying some one was in her car last night. So I went andchecked. Her consoul was still up and her charging chords was thrown all over the place.

Then I looked in my car and my ash tray lid and glove box was open.

Then I noticed my pioneer head unit face plate was missing!( just installed it last Friday). And the dash cover under my glove box was ripped down! And broken! Don't understand why they did that?!?!

Just ticks me off how people can be so shady and have no respect for others peoples crap!

Sorry to hear that. Curious how did they get in? They break the door locks or the windows?

From my experience taking alot of these reports, the vehicles are usually left unlocked, or forgotten unlocked.... not saying that gives anyone the right to violate your possessions like that, it simply makes it an easier crime of opportunity... Sorry bro...

Yeap. Every case I have personally experienced via family, friends and neighbors always involved unlocked vehicles. Crime of opportunity I suppose.

I had a camera system set up back in the old place I rented. Caught someone going around all the neighbors cars and trucks checking every door on 2 occasions. Shocking to see how many left their doors open after I reviewed the tapes. Never touched my Impy thoe :D

I leave my car unlocked fiqure i would rather them steal my cheap cd player rather than bust my windows and then still my cd player. thats if they dont get bit by the dogs first and i have a very nice servalliance system around my property hooked to a dvr so they would be screwing themselves.

anyway sorry to hear that man it sucks to have someone do this. makes you wanna beat the h3ll out of them!

My car has the remote lock and hatch setup. But the locking mechanism on the driver door sticks some times. And it was ranning last night. And I just didn't check after hitting the button. And I have no idea why my wifes car was unlocked! Putting the lock and latch setup out of my T/A's old busted driver door tonight!
And picking up a alarm system and stereo after work tomorrow!

It was just one of those "Perfect Storms" when it came to our cars last night.

the only vehicle that doesn't go in the garage is my durango and its alarmed and my driveway is parallel to my bedroom window. the stang and camaro are alarmed and kept locked up in the garage. then my 4 dogs patrol the perimeter.

Its not like I live in a bad area or anything. I got a lawer on one side, a teacher on the other, and a bank V.P. across the street. In Manhattan Kansas.

Odds are it was a military kid. Not doging on milittary families, because I come from a huge millitay family. But some of these people are worthless.

Last armed robbery= 2 millitay guys
Last murder(teenagers killed a classmate) 2 was millitary kids
And millitary kids run around taging buildings here all the time.

That's the only crimes in this town. Other then the dui's. I work at a bar and I have more problems with this group then any other. The kids and bad apples always have a chip on there shoulder. And feel no one can touch them

Sorry to hear. Some clown tried breaking into my 94 formula when I had it too... They managed to fuck up my locks... And somehow couldnt figure out how to get in. I used to use coat hangers to unlock it when ever I locked the keys in it... Unfortunately they are that easy to break into... So the clown who fucked up my car prob. ended his new career sooner than he expected.

they will just break your dash getting the radio out anyway.

at least you have a chance of catching them when you hear the window break.
