Went Junkyarding Today -- Rare Find

Was at some junkyards today pulling odds and ends for our Celica interior to lay carbon fiber on. One junkyard had about 3 rows of 4th Gens. One really stood out. It was a 95 Formy, and had a RED leather interior. Front seats were there, as well as the rear buckets and passenger door panel. Sadly, no roof, so the leather was a bit rough, but salvageable. If anyone wants that stuff I'm probably going to end back up at this junkyard next weekend, just let me know and I'll get pics.

that is a pretty rare interior. i think it was 1995-1996 only

I've never heard of it being in a 96, only the 95's.

Ya that's a nice find! somebody might have taken the red interior and put it in that 96..that red is super rare! Out of the 1000's of T/A's n Formulas built in 95 something like 377 got it..that's y I've been thinking about putting my extra set of cloth seats in so I can pull my red out and just put it back in if I wanna show it off since it still looks brand new and I'm using the car as a DD

was it really 95 only? i could have sworn a friend of mine looked at a white 96 formula one time and it had the red interior.

FWIW there is an easy way to tell a 95 seat from a 96

a 95 has the adjustable leg support thing in the very front of the bottom of the seat, a 96 does not.
