TUESDAY was like X-MASS for me.....

So as some of you know.... I decided to get rid of the Z06 wheels (chrome peeling and bubling and the rears were losing 10lbs of air a day)

for some new C5 deep dish wheels from OE wheels. This time I ordered polished aluminum (yes I know its more maint, but honestly, less to go wrong).

Ok....... tues day morning came around and BLUEBOTTLEZ, stopped by my PD and picked up my camaro....

Stuck at work, I had to deal with imagining what it looked like through the little pics on my phone... but then the buzzer rang and I was hauling ass in BLUEBOTTLES's Acura to the garage.... and when I saw it, my mouth dropped.... I mean the shine, the depth of the rear lips (even though they are the exact same size as the z06 wheels, back spacing/offset and all)

LOL.... I know, fronts are still red, just gotta paint the LS1 rears.... I love em, thanks babe.... now, just to keep working on learning on how to drive this thing with that locker rear..... what a handful!!!

Thanks guys.... so I was doing some research and sending pics of my Z06 wheels for a guy that wanted to buy them because they were off a Z06, but when I checked for the GM, or SPEEDLINE stamps, I didnt find either... what I found was that my OEM Z06 wheels may very well be Replicas... Turns out the 18"x10.5 rears were really 18"x9.5s... well, that explains why the new 10.5 wheels look wider. OH WELL... either way.... I LOVE THE NEW WHEELS and TY again...
