Has anyone on here used OBX headers off of ebay?? They look pretty nice but just wondering if they are any good or garbage..

Get the speed daddys the OBX have 3.5" collectors. Unless you have a full blown drag car making monster horsepower the 3.5" collector is just going to hang down farther and get that much more banged up.

The speed daddys look great and fit pretty well too. I had to dent a tube on the passengers side, but for $280 shipped for stainless headers I'm not complaining. My ceramic coated hookers hit on the floor pan right below my feet, even with poly motor and tranny mounts it was bad, and those things cost ~$800

Buddy of mine has a set. haven't installed them yet but i was actually impressed. Welds are nice and TIG'ed, stepped, 1/2" flange. Where the flange meets the primaries is actually ground down smooth. Unlike any other out of the box header I have messed with. His has a 4" collector. I like em. Now weather they fit nice is another story lol. We shall see once the motor is done.

WTF we don't have diesels in these cars. I'm glad I didn't buy those, I would have had to hack off the collector and weld on a smaller one

Your headers ever come in? Curious on how your install is going.

Reviving a dead thread... Hope it helps someone

Bought a set of the OBX headers off ebay in Dec. 2011, they arrived quickly and with little fuss. (seller was hard to get a hold of but that's ebay for you)
They arrived without collectors and I had to source those myself. Quality was very good and having installed them, I can say fitment was also great. If you have read up on installing Kook headers the same applies here and your set.
