Well i bought my car around four months ago and have did a few things and have taken it to the track a few times. All at Bradenton Motorsports Park

What was the difference in the DA between the 2 days ? I would have thought that you would have knocked off atleast 1/2 sec with the new mods.

there's still a lot left on the table with the car, suspension still needs adjustments, tire pressure as well and burnout length. The car for sure has the ability to go 12s.

Not sure on the D/A. Thought it would be on the time slip but it isnt. It was much cooler the first time tho. Dosnt seem to pull as hard up top with the converter. Im guessing thats why my MPH went down. I got the converter built for my "built" 357 that is going in but wanted to see how it would do behind the stock motor. Im pulling the motor soon so not sure if ill get back to the track before then.

put the skinnies on, put the car on a little diet. what did you adj. that pinion angle to? adjust it a little more. undo your front swaybar at the track. get that bitch to hook for a 1.6x 60ft and launch with the pedal to the floor.. lol j/k with the 6900 prm phil clutch drops.
drop the hammer and knock down that 12.99 before the new combo.

Front sway bar is gone. Pinion was "set" at -2* but needs to be double checked. I need new skinnys (tires) so not sure if its gonna happen before the new combo.

the 555'rs are setting you back imo. the weight transfer looks good. -2 tq arm is good also. get a good 26in drag radial m/t, hoosier, ect ect. that is a easy mid 12 car as is with a good tire and d/a. you still running a stock cai?

The nittos seem to hook very good. I have a set of weld draglights. Before the new combo im going to get a set of M/T'S or slicks. I have a universal CAI. If i take it off and run open MAF i pickup two MPH.

I went 12.98@103.03 with a 1.71 60ft and had 3.73's, 52mm tb, lt's, 1.6rr's, x-pipe, lca's, panhard rod, sfc's, nitto 555 dr's 245/50/16's, pcmforless tune, and a tci 3500 stall. That was with the front sway bar removed and a race weight of 3650.

It seems that with a bolton build a 3.73 is more effective than a 3.90-4.10 with a auto. Possibly keeping it in the powerband longer. I think if i tweaked a few things i could of dipped deep into the 12's. I cant wait till it cools off some to take the h/c combo and see what it does.

What heads and cam did you go with? Yeah my car liked 3.73's the best.

TFS 195'S and the only reason is i had them left over from my thirdgen build. I had them converted milled and cleaned up some. If the heads ever come off again im gonna send them to L.E for a full port job.

On 6/3/12 went with 357 unported trickflow 195's small cam. Decent but far from happy so new combo coming sooon.
R/T-.176
60'-1.725
330-5.163
1/8-8.043
MPH-85.25
1000-10.53
1/4-12.62
MPH-108.00
*best 60' 1.6
The MPH is shitty and i think the car being setup decent got the most out of it. The comp ratio needs to be higher and the heads were milled to the MAX and i think the intake needed to be milled to match. New times coming soon. Hoping to trap over 120+. There is a in car vid of the run on my youtube page in the link in my sig.
