So it cranks but won't fire? Have you gotten a new burned chip for your setup?(should at least start, just run like shit)
Do you hear your fuel pump running?
New Opti or anything?
ICM could be bad
Check your fuel pressure
Check all your wires and grounds to make sure they are connected
Make sure your plug wires aren't crossed

If you did the work on it I doubt it will ever run again. Get someone who knows what the hell they're doing to take a look at it.

On a 93, injector order from bank to bank doesn't matter. They use batch fire so only one bank fires at a time. 94+ cars are sequential; only then would the wiring matter.
Check the obvious. Wiring to the ICM, coil, grounds, optispark harness connector, etc. Then check your fuel pressure.

Also check for spark at the plugs

Almost sounds a lot like the troll question about LT4 manifold on an LT1 and it not running. hmmmm........:jest:

As long as the wiring stays on the same bank it won't matter.

go away troll...if your not a troll you have to be the most ignorant fbody owner ever to attempt a cam swap. the injection system is called batch fire or bank to bank. most sefi systems go bank to bank at WOT. for your case its prolly a good thing that it doesnt matter what order theyre in. do you realize that your 93 ecm is a speed density system and will require a new program every time you improve the breathing? you dont even know where to start....do you have fuel?.....do you have spark?.....do you have compression?...are your plug wires oriented correctly?....its pretty safe to say that you dont have a tune for the cam....do you realize that you also have 22# injectors?(in every hole to boot) was your opti refrenced to to #1 compression tdc when you stabbed it?....can you answer any of these questions?:claps::laugh::claps::laugh::clap s::laugh:

The guy you are quoting is not the original poster. He may not know the batch fire and sfi but he is swapping a LT1 into a 3rd gen.

no one can help him until he is able to answer all those questions.....once he is able to answer all of those questions he will have the answer to his question.

You need to fuel fire compression and air.
What are you missing op?

you know this brings about a thought....i was in autozone the other day picking up an alternator for my formy. i look up and see all of these cds/dvds. and theyre labeled how replace "x" and it items like timing belts and whatnot. im sorry.....if you need to follow a dvd on how to perform these types of mechanical repairs.....maybe you dont have any business performing these repairs/installs without qualified supervision in the first place. if you dont know what oil expanders and tensions are suppose to feel like(one of his earlier posts), or how to diagnose a no start, maybe....just maybe, this job is a little over your head......:hmm:
