rear wheel help / question

I was wondering if anyone cam help me out with this issue I'm having. I looking to put 19 x 10 C6 Z06 from OEwheels on the rear of my 97 Z28. The wheels have a 65mm offset. Does anyone know if the wheel will fit up to the hub or are modifications needed?
(I will be putting a 295/35 19 tire on the wheel)

i have 18/40/285 on my rear and it's a real snug fit
