In the beggining of the vid, I was just holding a constant speed letting him fly by to show the quickness of his car. I only opened it up when we raced at the end.

This guy is an old friend of mine. We both knew the outcome of this race before it even started. Normally you would be correct if I was not 100% sure it would be a slaughter on my part. I would try to make it a good race, and not give the opponent any advantages. But in this one, I figured I would give him a little jump. That, and if you noticed, I did not good very good traction on this particular race. It wasn't till a good 90 MPH or so before I passed him.

I don't really know. I'm pretty sure its a GT, but its definatly a notch. If there is no such thing as a GT that is a notch, then it must just be a notchback.

I love your car man. I want to do a similar set up to yours. I have a question for you. Do you have a intercooler and if not why did you decide to go with meth injection instead of an intercooler? I am just trying to educate myself so when I decide to go with FI I got my ducks in a row:driving:

A better question for the FI section, but I'll answer as long as it doesn't take the thread off topic past here.

Yes, I have a front mount intercooler (FMIC) and meth injection. It's going to depend on your setup as to which is best to run. If you are running more than 12-14#'s of boost, you are probably going to want to run both a large intercooler and meth injection to keep your IAT's safely away from detonation temps. The use of one and not the other may not be enough at that point.

If you were going to run just one, I would go with the meth injection as it would do a better job, and by running an intercooler you probably will loose a little boost (maybe a pound or two).

All the gt cars are hatch backs. Notch cars are lx's. lighter and more ridged.
