flywheel....1 pc rear main.....2 pc rear main....??!!

so i have a 95 z28 lt1 6 speed.....im ordering a new clutch and flywheel....do i order the internally balanced flywheel or externally balanced flywheel.....im pretty sure i have a 1 pc rear main seal....and the externally balanced is for 2 pc rear main seal....what do i do ? helpppp!!

You need the internal balanced,and yes the 93-97 lt1s are 1 piece seal.
