I got the kit from Webelectris. It is the STS-1 ($69). It was very easy to install using Brent Frankers writeup:

I had to buy 4 new 3 wire sockets ($5 / ea) and I had spare bulbs. The wiring was straight forward and modding the tail light housing was easy. I like it A LOT. I always likeed the all red lights on the early LT1 Camaros, but thought the lights themselves were weak. Now the brake and turn signals are very easy to see. I had to use a mechanical flasher which i may opt for a modded electric one or a slower mechanical one.. Otherwise they work fine. Attached is a video of the turn signals, hazzards, and brakes. Enjoy:
