Battery ground to motor mount

Is is okay to take the bolt off holding the ground on the motor mount so i can clean it. I'm having voltage gauge jumping everywhere and want to make sure it's clean, but don't know if taking that off can result in motor moving.

Is it just one of the bolts holding the mount to the block or is it mounted to the thru bolt that mounts the engine to the k member? If its on the block, there is 2 other bolts holding it and removing one will be fine. If its mounted to the long bolt between the motor mount and the k member, it definetly needs to be moved cause it not getting a good ground.

No its to the bolt to the block part of the mount. It's on the bolt that has a hex head, not on the one with a nut like it's supposed to.
