Ok, I pulled the engine harness out of my 95 and went through it very throughly*sp*? and found quite a few frayed wires and connections. I also fixed the EWP switch and wired that a bit neatly.
So after that and replacing the PCV valve and hose these are my new test results:
My Car: HC: 1.76 Limit: .80
My Car: CO PASS http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif
My Car: NOX: 4.19 Limit: 2.00
Throwing no codes, only thing is the ABS light comes on but thats it, and it only does it at the testing place for some reason. SO what should be my next step??????
Thanks in advance!

Your HC could be that high for a few reasons, off the top of my head a bad O2 sensor (very rich condition) OR a bad cat (eveything could be fine, but the cat isnt burning off the HC (Unburnt fuel) like it should...). Your HC levels are controlled by the cat last, so for whatever reason LOTS of unburnt fuel is getting by that cat and making it to that sniffer...
There is lots of things that can cause high HC, I just listed a couple real quick not knowing the age of your parts... What you have done recently... Mods.... ect...
High NOX on the other hand is usually caused by high cylinder temps/pressures. (could be a LEAN condition here, or maybe even a bad EGR...).
My best guess knowing nothing else : You have a bad cat.... (Having BOTH NOX and HCs high, seems to me like everything else is fine the cat just isnt doing its job anymore..)

Maybe its cuz I have 2 Cats off of a f150??? i dont know. Also, each bank has its own cat.. Could taht have any adverse effects??
And my 02's are brand new Denso's and I extended the PCM side harness.. But like I said my SES light isnt iluminating. And Im missing 2 of the 4 TB bolts.. should prollly get new ones...
Keep suggestions coming..

No adverse effects, just would be harder to find the one cat thats bad :D

True. Dammit I hate stupid emissions. Also, When Im under the rear of the car I hear what sounds like a vacuum leak. Theres no vacuum lines back there is there? Im pretty sure its the the Fuel Pump because thats a whining sounds, this is more of a air sound.. is there vacuum in the back by the filler tube???
Would a TB gasket leak cause high HC and NOX??? Cuz like I said I only have 2 bolts holding it on...
Thanks,

Actually.... IIRC a big enough intake leak can play with your NOX readings a bit, not totally sure on that one though.... I dont think with 2 of the 4 it would leak though, those bolts are a pretty good size... If they are tight I dont see it leaking...
Get those TB bolts taken care of anyways, it can play with more than just that :D

Will do.
Do I have a chance at passing without EGR tho???

Ok. I went to AAMCO because they are the only ones that will scan a 95' for free. They said I had the following codes: 23 which is IAT, temp too low... I bought a brand new one yesterday (delphi form NAPA). 48 for the MAF, I think my K&N coulda caused that code, it was dirty. ( so I cleaned that and the MAF) and code 18??? I cant find that in my haynes manual.. but there scanner said it was for an injector... Um brainiac... OBD1 doesnt detect that... thats the update...
So I have a few questions..
Does anybody know the pins for the IAT Connector? mine is a pigtail so both ends are white. Which side on your sensor connector(PCM side) is black? which side is tan?
Also, the SES light only comes on at IDLE... is AAMCO confusing the IAT with the IAC???? I repaired the IAC wiring, and I had the IAC sensor out and IIRC I had to shove it back in..
I just want the SES to go AWAY!!! :frustrated:
Thanks,

Ok. Im getting pissed.
Went today to test and I get this.
HC: My car: 1.90 Limit: .80
CO: My car: 21.49 Limit: 12.00
NOX: My car 4.11 Limit: 2.00
Failed every single test... AGAIN...
I redid the wiring on my IAT according to shbox's site. Reset the PCM by disconnecting the battery and started it up. NO DTC's at all. Leave to emissions, waiting in line... POP SES light comes and I fail once again...
I need help..
Thanks in advance...

if you did not do spark plugs/wires and oil do that. nox can be due to a bad fuel filter. make sure the cat is extremely hot when you are testing. if your ses light is coming on, that is automatic visual fail.
