So I found a set of wires by my MAF, ICM Coil Connectors: (Seems one is a ground and the other two are the same color and carry 2volts)

And this by the PCM thats a ground but I can find nothing to connect it too: (NM Fuel Pump)

What do you guys think, look familure?

---Update---
Ok with a voltage meter the following has been found:
Car off the Tan and White are Ground no volts and the Black has no volts.
Key on Engine off Tan and white are Ground and the Black has 12V.
Cranking the Tan and White have 6.5 Volts and Black has 12V.
They seem to be linked to the ABS as they click that Relay (Tan and White)

The one by the TB, make sure that your ECT in the water pump has a connection on it. The one by the PCM, that looks like the fuel pump ground circuit for keeping the fuel pump on with the key on (for draining purposes).

Ahh explains the fuel smell lol.

All the connectors are connected I assumed this was to the AIR or EGR since I removed them.

how many wires are going to the drivers head stud where the coil mounts, thast what they look like

The 2 tan and 1 black wires are the ground wires that go to the coil stud it looks like, and the little black conncector is the fuel pump prime connector
