The rear panel isn't cracked, those aren't F body tail lights. The line is likely just the fit of what look like acura tail lights. If your lucky he didn't cut into the berger panel to make them fit. If not then a new panel would be required to reverse that damage.

The spoiler doesn't look too bad, however (hard to tell from low res pics) it looks to have a large gap from maybe a repair or something? The lower valance is okay but I would paint it a different color, looks too obnoxious for my tastes.

The engine bay looks like it has a great start. The air box looks to fit nice under that hood. It would have potential there.

Under that mass of white and rice is an F body crying for help. Hopefully an enthusiast steps up to the challenge instead of a ricer.

Well at least this ricer has a little power to it unlike half the hondas and other turdboxes running around. I still think its ugly though.
