Well finally getting around to wiring my triple pod. I have the Dynotune Wideband O2, N2O PSI, Nitrous microcenter. I've had these installed in the black alcantara pod for a while and I finally got motivated to wire everything. Thought I would document some of the steps if anyone has questions just ask. I started wiring the nitrous micro center which has the most wires (7) followed by the N20 PSI gauge with (4) wires. I also designed a very cool mount plate for the rear passenger compartment that will house all (4) of my relays (40 amp) and (2) 6 position fuse blocks. Wiring is supplied to the relays via #10 gauge constant 12v and I ran a keyed 12v ignition #12 gauge wire to both fuse blocks, ground is supplied via #12 gauge. I actually tested the nitrous microcenter and N2O gauge and they work beautifully with the key energized. This will make diagnosing all of my interior gauges a breeze. Anytime there is a problem I can just go to the passenger rear cargo cover, remove and test or replace the fuse or relay for the device. The plate is actually held in place by spare tire mount knob and is covered in grey charcoal to match the OEM rear cargo. I took a lot of time on plate making all the mount positions with well nuts so you can use a machine screw to install your devices. Its so slick I might have to put them into production http://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/src:www.ls1tech.com/get/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif

I just spent a couple of hours wiring and putting carbon flex covering over all the wires. Pulled the whole bundle through the interior to the passenger rear where I have the fuse/relay center mounted. I heat shrinked and labeled all my connection at the fuse block. Now my waterpump watchdog (Meziere), aeroforce interceptor, Wideband 02 / LC1, N20 pressure, and nitrous microcenter are completely protected with individual fuses for each gauge. If I have a problem I can just go back to the fuse center and solve it quicklyhttp://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/src:www.ls1tech.com/get/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_nod.gif. I have to say this has turned out really pimp! I'm going to try and have the LC1 wideband bung welded in on friday if I get time.

Here are some pics of the progress:

How do you like that Aeroforce Interceptor??? I'm looking for a multiple gauge solution for my car to keep it low profile.

Looks good. Did you wrap that one guage pod in carbon fiber as well?

Blubird, Thanks for the compliment

Fastbird, I think an Aeroforce is the only way to go for multiple gauge solutions. I'm actually in the middle of hooking up the fuel pressure kit and the oil pressure kit to be displayed on the ANALOG 1 & ANALOG 2. You will not find a better solution with the ability to read and clear codes (invaluable IMO).

PHstratton, If your talking about the gauge to the left, no. I use the black 52mm insert ring from Speed INC.

Here are a couple of pics of the final wiring all hidden behind the factory rear passenger panel.

I will try to get some pics of the gauges lighted up in a day or two.

Took another pic of the gauges lighted up from a more direct shot. You can see how nice the red LED's match the gauge cluster. It's quite brilliant at night
