Someone on Tech did a little photoshop for me....I think the wheel's might be to dark, I asked for Gunmetal and they kinda did black. What do ya think?

Also could someone make the spokes more of a grey than black?

Leave them polished. If they were a natural finis, I would say go black, but polished TT2s are bas ass.

do black chrome like you have photoshopped or leave em alone... I hate when people paint their spokes black.... or any color.

Are you parked on unlevel ground?? youve got some serious wheel gap in the rear!

I think every damn hot rod here in KC has polished TT2's on it so you might as well get em powdercoated. Calls for an excuse to go out and get more pics...Wish I had a reason too...

I personally have been thinking about getting ZR1's in black chrome. Although, I've never really got a good look at black chrome rims at all. not enough pictures of it and dont know anybody with them around here.

As for OP, I like the way that first picture looks with the darker centers and still polished looking. Not sure about just painting them or powder coating though... Dont know how or where you'd get it done but, if you could get it to look darker like that in the center and still polished looking, that'd be sweet... and different.

I think they both look pretty good. I'm kinda leaning towards the painted ones, but I think eitherway they would still look great.

I'd just leave them polished. Imo, grey/black painted wheels would look a bit weird on an NBP car.

I like the TT2's. I think they fit F-Bodies pretty good, and are one of my favorites.

Well, there is a little to much BS on the TT II thing but paint them and leave the cap polished to set it off more.

I do not have a better pic here at work but it gives you and idea

that actually doesn't look too bad

but i think painted spokes may be too dark to go with your blue. it'll just make the whole car look sorta muddy... murdered looks good, muddy doesn't.

I feel the same way about TTIIs... I've had them for soooooo long... almost 10years. At first, they were only on hotrods and older cars... then they got really popular. I wanted to paint mine black... then the mustangs came out with the bullit wheels (and maybe another model) that looked like that.. then people started doing that. I've decided I don't care if everyone has MY wheels.

LOL SO true! I have them, but man *Everyone* has them. I have had them for 4 & 1/2 years and now I want something different.

Also on painting them the color of the car I think if you paint the spokes leave the lip polished and the center cap it might not look bad.
