So I have about 15 quarts of this stuff in the bottom of my toolbox at work. I have no use for it, and was wondering if 5w20 is too thin to use on the 383 for break-in??
What do you guys think?

i had learned somwhere that heavier oil is best for breaking a motor in, 10w 30 or even 40, conventional oil not synthetic
I know that that's the oil 0w20/5 w 20 that they use in the Toyota Tundra. Think id use a 5 w 30 dino oil for break in .What weight of oil does the CAM manufacturer recommended
