Boys and girls I have here a hand ported LT1 intake. Runners are gasket matched and the throttle body holes now measure 60mm. Intake has been cleaned very well on the inside. Holes are tapped out and its ready to bolt on. I will sell this for $160 and that includes the shipping. I have one here ready to go and will have another ready shortly.
Here are the intakes before.

I can personally vouch for this guy! He did an intake for me and it is f*cking killer! I noticed a huge difference in throttle response and overall performance with his ported intake over my stock intake. I would recommend this guy to just about anyone and the work is very very clean.

Adam I'm sure you won't have a problem getting this sold and if I had another car to put it on, I'd buy this one too, you do some really good work.

If someone was to purchase this, would you give credit if their stock one was sent in as a core return, so that you could port another?:hmm:

Absolutely. I was just going to buy another one on ebay because I know some people don't want to mess with sending their core intake back right away so I wasn't going to ask for the core but if somebody wanted to send their intake back I could give $40 back once I received the intake. But heres the deal. I am paying for shipping to get my intake to you so I would like for you to pay the shipping to get your intake to me. Sound fair?

Ok here are some pics of the finished intake i'm selling right now compared to an intake i'm starting on. The other intake has stock runners but i've already opened up the throttle body holes to 60mm with a cnc machine so thats why the holes look as big as they do. This may also be something that somebody may want to purchase at a cheaper price. If you shipped the intake to me I could get the holes opened up with a cnc machine and send it back to you for $70. This first intake cost me $50 dollars to have it done so it gives you an idea why the price is so high.

Honestly I couldn't tell yu. I've always bolted mine up to a forced induction 383. Theres a guy on here, that bought one a while back and said it worked very well on his stock car. I'm pretty sure he posted up a message about it on this thread. If you are going to look into buying a 58mm throttle body soon than this will flow well with it.

I'm just doing this on my spare time. My die grinder is about ready to bite the dust. I'm workin on an intake now that I've really impressed myself with. I'm taking out enough aluminum to build another intake.

Ok guys I'm gonna lower the price on this one to $130 and that is including shipping. Can't beat that price.

How would those ports match up to lt4 heads? I have a 58mm throttlebody and port matched lt4 heads.

Honestly I couldn't tell you. I've never had a set of LT4 heads to match them up to. If the runners are not that far off than I could actually raise them but then I don't know if LT4 intake gaskets will work or not. I can't say that this intake will work for you.

If I send you my intake how much will it cost?

Without cleaning it I could do it for 100. By the time I pay for the supplies and put in the hours of labor i'm really not coming out ahead. The bad part is that I just don't know when I can sit down and do it. I only work on these intakes when I have spare time so I couldn't tell you when I could actually have it done. Thats why i'm just trying to sell the ones I have.

I meant trade it in as like a core? I send you the intake, and you send me one that's already done?

Somebody else asked that same question and I think I told them $30 because I've been finding them used between $20 and $40 dollars. But since I'm paying for shipping to send you mine I would want you to pay for shipping to send yours to me. Sound fair?

Phstratton
08-22-2010, 08:27 PM
yeah that would be fair. How much is shipping on one of those?

Divine02
08-22-2010, 08:31 PM
I can't really say for sure. Depends on where it's going. I think the last one I shipped was $26 but it may have been more.

Phstratton

Lol then it would probably be best for me to just buy one :P and not worry about shipping you one.

Divine02

Yeah shipping cost is crazy. I usually pay for shipping on everything I sell cause I hate asking somebody else to pay for it. Then nobody wants to buy anything.
