Hi guys, I just found this site and think it's pretty cool to have a site dedicated to the LTx engine family. I have been a member on LS1Tech for a long time, but there are just some things that people who have never owned a LT1 just don't have a clue about... like OptiSpark :puke:

I used to have a 2000 Trans am so LS1tech was awesome, but sadly I totaled it last october. I recently picked up a 94 camaro for dirt cheap so I am in the process of building it up.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and I hope to learn much as well as give some info myself.

I live in Morris, it's about 20 miles west of Joliet. I am always looking for other f-body owners to hang out with. when you go to the track, where do you usually go? I prefer US 41 cause I could never get my T/A to hook @ 66. I haven't had this one to the track yet as I just got it running 2 months ago and I need to work some of the bugs out.

LOL, sounds like the first time I went to 41 with my buddy, It was SCC just after I got my Trans Am. Here I am bone stock with a stall, and he's over here with his 00 Z28 with a MS3 cam and all the supporting Bolt-ons. it wasn't even fair, but he got the announcer in on it too. I pull up into the waterbox and I hear, "well folks, we got your classic grudge match for you tonight, Chevy VS. Pontiac going for $200..."

unfortunately it's not much to look at right now, I picked it up for $750. use your imagination... it has a rattle can paint job that the last guy tried to tell me was maaco. and it has a big dent in the driver's side quarter panel... I am planning on fixing the body next season, and for now, I'm just concentrating on performance.
