need bolts quickly

so over the last few weeks that Ive been under the hood, Ive lost several bolts. dont ask how, they were all in seperate bags and labeled... Anyways, I need alternator, water pump and fan bolts. Do any of you happen to know the sizes or where to buy such bolts in a pinch?

You might find the parts numbers here (http://shbox.com/1/Parts.htm). If not, just go down to your stealership and see if they have the bolts. They'll have blow apart diagrams on the computer to help you find exactly what you're looking for.

Mike, how soon do you need this info. I'm heading out for some bolts tomorrow probably, and could easily take measurements for you.

What "fan" bolts are there? The fans are held in by clips - no bolts.

The alternator has several bolts/nuts. These are the main few.

3/8x16x1.12" - 9440071
M10x1.5x45 - 11515769
M10x1.5x20 - 11508202

The water pump has 6 bolts. Four long, two short (one doubles as a stud for the AIR pump).

AIR pump stud/bolt - 10223560
Long bolts 3/8x16x4" - 9423592 (pack qty 4)
Short bolts 3/8x16x2" - 9440073 (pack qty 2)

Right, but when do you ever have to remove the fan and motor assemblies from the housing?

Both or mine are out right now...hahahaha. seriously though, I do agree with you on that poitnt. Very rarely would you ever take one of those out.

yea mine are bolted too, its much easier to unbolt them with the ewp to remove lol.
