Bilstein and Pro Kit or Sportline?

Stock SLP SS Bilstein Level 2. Correct optional (on top of the SS package) suspension package that my car came with from the factory Pretty close, I believe Eibach made the springs for SLP.

I need to do the same myself, think my shock mounts are starting to squeek. A new set of bilsteins is definitely in order either this year or next :D

Hopefully it'll settle a fair bit.

Project Facelift is done minus an alignment. Stay tuned next week for Project ShakeYaSS :jest:

Note: No clue if I'll get the rear done anytime soon, I'm gonna look and see how much time it'll take and figure something out.

Must've grabbed the wrong box of shocks/springs from the corner of the garage. :frustrated:

Yeah I'm hoping it'll settle fairly well as I wasn't expecting it to go up that high... it looks like stock z28 ride height to me, but it should be a 3/4-1" drop from z28 stance. The rear is pretty low right now because it still has the old worn shocks/springs and doesn't have the spring insulator on it. I'm going to put the new springs/shocks in the rear with the spring insulator and see how well it settles after ~100 miles.

First make sure the LCAs are not binding up, then drive it for a bit to make them settle down a bit.

I don't think they are... it should be pretty apparent looking at the angle of the LCA, right? I separated the upper ball joint not the lower btw.

Rear suspension is done with the exception of me needing to go out and find some new nuts for the lower shock mount.

The Lower Control Arm angle (front) looks correct. I'm not sure what could be wrong.

The front is sitting about a inch up from the rear. I just installed the new rear springs/shocks and reinstalled the rear spring seat (aka no more hose mod... the car should sit exactly like stock) it seems to handle great my only complaint/confusion is why my front is sitting about a inch up too high.

Am I within reason for it to settle or do I have another issue? The rear (upper wheel well) is about 1" lower to the ground than the front. SLP 70002 Kit (Stock Suspension for my car) and I am running the upper coil spring seats in the rear.

I'll be on the phone with Bilstein and SLP in the next few days. I called Bilstein tonight right before they closed and the tech support guy must've snuck out of his office 10 mins ahead of time.
