ok I have a 92 A4 Vette with the 4l60 not the 4l60e, and wanted to know if when racing, is it better for my tranny to be in "D" or "OD"? Might seem like a dumb question but I'm used to manuals and dont want to kill my tranny just yet. (got some plans for it when it goes :devil:)

Keep it in drive, not that you should make it up that high when racing but you never want to go into OD when racing.. that gear is not meant for high loads
