I got a Hotchkis that prohibits me from getting to the oil cap. It's a pain in the ass but does a good job of holding my beer.

STB's are cheap and help a ton. They have multiple uses as listed above.
when my car broke down last time I hooked a come-a-long to my STB and pulled it onto a trailer... :)

Does it make a difference? I say it depends. Its not a huge difference even at its most. But if you drive where the weight of the car shifts a lot in turns (like going fast on a clover leaf on ramp to an interstate), I did notice the car seemed a little stiffer. But again, its not the kind of difference between say changing your stock sway bars for a heavy duty set of aftermarket ones.
On another note, if you are more into straight line driving, and don't really take high speed turns, you will not notice any difference, and is honestly a waste of money (unless you are like some of the people above that like something underneath the hood to hold onto).
