My rear wheels are stuck on the hub. I have heard about a problem with the hubs not working with later 4th gen wheels. The wheels are the 16" ones that look similer to the zr1s. Any suggestion on how to get em off?

Get a dead blow or rubber mallet and hit the inside of the rim lip. Leave a lug nut on loose to keep the rim from flying off.

and if you want to re-use those wheels take a file to the surface that goes on the hub.

Don't be afraid to use some anti-seize around the hub when you put new wheels on.

if the wheels dont come off with a hammer some swift kicks on the inside of the tire will work

Kick the wheel... Usually works fine for me.

I think the "drop kick it" advice works with pretty much anything that's stuck.

you could always get a rachet strap and hook it to a truck or another solid object. Again make sure you have at least one lug nut on loose or it will fly when it finally gives.

Yep, some kicking or with a strong piece of wood hit inside of the tire several time hard, I have the same problem. had to hit the tire very hard 10 times +. when u hit the tire be shure that the car is on a good jackstand or use block because when u hit the tire the whole car may move

loosen the lugs but make sure they are still at least 1/2 to 3/4 of the way on! now rock the car in a side to side motion as hard as you can (get a friend to push from the other side if you are too small/weak to rock it hard) and this will pop the wheels away from the hubs as it rocks.. i have had to do this when getting the winter wheels/tires off my DD. works like a charm with out destroying anything!!!!
