the engine sensor fuse keeps blowing what could cause that.

It has been running fine no problems I put a new flywheel and clucth in it last night and on my way home it just cuts off.It will turn and start for a second then shut off.I did convert it to OBD 1 but its been running great.For some stange reason I still had my OBD 11 ECM in the car.So I thought I would try it, it did start and I drove it home but the engine sensor fuse blows as soon I put 1 in it. My check engine light is on.now but I cant check to see what it is.I did jack it up and looked for a burnt or broken wire but couldnt find anything.
