Sorry about the issues today, but site is back up. The host was being moronic and once I called them out and said "there's nothing wrong with my CC, it's someone from your end" I magically got an email and went straight in, paid, and all was well.
Sorry about that guys, but we're going good again and this should NOT be a problem again as the place where the email sent me finally let me into change the last bit of everything into my name.

Is the website officially shut down? I was looking for classifieds for 93-specific interior parts and couldn't find it.

i miss the site. I was atualy looking for it tha other week for the sticky on the 1993 specs... I wonder if there is any way to get a hold of seans wife and get the access for it. I would be willing to ressurect it now that I am going to have a normal 9-5 job.
I loved that site...Everyone wanted to help...and I love my 1993 LT1 Camaro...I wish the best of luck to Sean.

Hopefully when he gets back he can get some sort of backup of the site. I know he was discussing or was going to discuss merging it with ltx in its own separate section but idk what came of that.

That sucks I didn't even see anything or think of that. I would've been more than willing to help cover a month or twos hosting costs as well as helped out with my programming / database administration knowledge if needed.
Hopefully he saved a backup of the database before he went in that way he can relaunch it with all the valuable information from that site once he gets out.

I'd be willing to buy the domain name and pay hosting costs just to have it back again.

As would I, or partner with someone. There are some forum pacakages out there that are not too expensive. We just need a basic one as there just needs to be a decent forum for the information and conversations. We would not need a full blown place like here right away.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm mistaken, but I believe all of the backups were lost when a computer crashed. Sadness.

This has been discussed before, and unfortunately, while I was gone, a computer crash and subsequent wipe that a friend did for my wife lost the backups of SD.org that I had. Larry and I discussed it and we'll be adding a SD section over here if you all are game.

I'm game. We have a lot of old SD members here an have gained a lot of new SD cars over the years. Sometimes questions about SD cars get asked and then lost cause of the lack of answers. SD.org was my favorite place other than my local club site back in the day. This place has def become my fave other than my local club now.
