I want some coilovers for the front so I can adjust the height, but I've heard some negative reviews on the hals. I like the Koni's a lot, but they aren't threaded. Someone told me the Koni has 2 different spring perch locations? Is that true? This is mainly for street and looks more so than pure track. Although it will be nice to have the car handle better. Been rocking the stock suspension for many years now. Time for an upgrade. :)

Thanks,
Zach

I would highly recommend getting a Strano set up on Konis or eibachs with kybs or something. I have coil overs on all 4 corners of my car and I hate them on the street. They squeak like crazy. I am always tighting up the adjusters since for some reason they come loose on my car. Im really thinking about going to something like a Kyb/Strano set up. No real point in running Coil overs on the street imho. The previous owner of my car tracked it. So you can change spring rates ride hieght etc.

Now , The car handles great dont get my wrong just they seem to be alittle more of a headache than they are worth if you want to dd your car.

Thing is I want to get rid of as much fender gap as I can (mostly up front). I think the strano springs only lower it about an inch, right? I've got a set of Eibach pro-kit springs never installed just sitting in the garage. I don't think they'll be low enough for my liking, but I know they'll ride way better than sportlines. That's why I was thinking if the Konis did have some sort of height adjustment to them, I could combine em with the eibachs and be happy with the look and ride.

I've got Strange DA coilovers up front with 300# springs. No complaints or noise.

Depends on what you want to do with the car. If street/strip Strange has a set of shocks that are adjustable.

stranos will get you more than 1 inch,,they are advertised at 1.2 in drop,i kinda think i got a little closer to 1.5,BUT i will say that the stranos are definatly intended for the road course, little stiff up front for a cruiser but i love the stance and off ramps are soooo much fun
