About selling the SS. I'm pretty tired of a car payment, pretty bored with her and I just don't have the desire I did when I first bought it. Since I bought my new truck I've been thinking about that more than the SS, it's kinda sad I know but it's the truth!

It's still a nice car, but I don't know...it drives like a truck now with the body roll and the skinnies. Maybe I just need to hook the front sway bar back up and get some 17's and drive the shit out of it a time or 2.

I've been thinking about building a early 80's Malibu, or C10 Short-bed like I used to have...maybe some Turbo LSx and a 4L80E Action? Or Say fuck it with going fast anymore and just get a nice Harley Dyna to cruise around on.... Just letting my mind puke right now, what I need to do is win the Lotto!

I had the same problem with my truck.

Its just because its new, and will take the front seat to all the things you had before (new, and of course you always want to make it better right off the bat. Well, at least I do).

Once you do some mods to the truck, get it somewhat how you want it... Im sure you will go right back to the car like I did ;)

Slap the sway bars on and some regular size tires and hit some winding roads. Thats what usually does it for me when ever I think about selling my car or I could use the money more kinda situation.

i was extremely addicted to fbodys an still am, but when i take the truck out mudding i tend to forget about my fbodys an stop driving them an spending money on them for months at a time. But i always go back to them, and would hate my life if i sold them. But chevy 4x4s are addicting as hell, looking to get 15x10 an 35 boggers for it now.

I thought the same thing last year and sold my car in february. I ended up buying another just like it on may 2nd. When I was puttin around in my ranger and a mustang or cobalt would blow by me I was like, "Why the hell did I sell my car"

If you sell it id go ahead and buy something else for a project.

DONT DO IT!

I've been there and done it!

I went a year without owning a car. It was the WORST year ever. I sold my 94 Formula for a 05 Trailblazer. It was great at first.. But got old real quick.

I took a huge loss on my Trailblazer to get into the seat of my SS. I basically gave it away.

Yeah man. Don't sell it.

I had an 87 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe. That was my favorite car. I did so many mods, so much learning, made tons of friends, it was essentially my first car. I had a Thunderbird before it, but really, the TC is what made me. It really was a piece of junk, body was junk, suspension was worn out, and it was riddled with issues, but man I loved the car. I went through a streak is parts breaking, and at one point, I got tired of it and stripped it, and junked it.

Just last night, I had a dream I had the opportunity to get the car back, and I woke up genuinely upset. I wish I never got rid of it, even though I have a completely superior vehicle. It was actually a bit more quick than my LT1 though :devil:

Yeah I'm keeping it, The plan was to slap the N2o on here soon. Well I found my oil leak thats been pissen me off and I'm gonna fix that, Fix my sail panel (Common LS1 Car problem) and fix little shit. Then this winter drop the motor back out, detail my engine bay get a new K member with some Coil Overs and run all the window switch wires threw the factory harness make it look as clean as possible :D
