LT1 vs TSP 408 stroker lsx camaro

This is my buddy, car is a 99 with a tsp 408, fast intake, tb, 3600 stall, TH 350, etc etc.

My car is in Sig, bolt ins, small cam, 150 shot.

In this Vid my clutch would NOT grab until I hit 4th. Would have been a better race for me if it had.

Yes untouched bottom end / heads. Just a small cam only setup with a little gas.

I so far have a 540hp supercharged ls1 formula, a C6 Z06 Vette that runs 11.70's, and this TSP 408 Camaro on the kill list.

Good god, rep that LT1. Makes me feel better about the 383 im building. There are a lot of cocky LS1 owners down here. Pretty much if you dont drive an LSX then your car=weak sauce

good kill:)! should've raced from a roll to see what thats like wouldnt have to worry about clutch grabbin and stomp on him some more.. but yes i agree with you^^^^ theres alot of lsx owners around here that look down on us LT1 guys as well!

I think that is pretty common about the LS community looking down on us LT guys, but I am ok with it. I haven't had a chance to run many fast cars since I put the spray on mine. I did have the chance to run my buddies 05 CTS-V that has a maggie supercharger and custom grind cam that is making 480 whp... lets just say the LT1 surprised everyone, including me, lol. But it was a nice kill.

Way back when I first bought my car, we had a couple of stodgy LS drivers that weren't prone to give us so much as the time of day... Big tuners... all hush-hush, ya know...

They don't say much more now days... they just don't come out as much :peace2:.

Sweet run brother... that 150 gasser is a monster. Set it up again when ya get that clutch back on the mend...
