Why do the V-6 guys always do the dumbest shit to their cars?

He is correct, the swooshing is at incorrect intervals.

Yes, its always (usually) the V6 guys. But I still love them anyways.

LOL he didnt even get the numbers right, the knight 3000 is that mustang... the red KIFT was the knight 4000 and it was based off a stealth

http://moonshadow23.tripod.com/knight/kift.jpg

speaking of which, KITT/KIFT/KITT 2.0 were all from 3 separate manufacturers.

KIT: GM
KIFT: Chrysler
KITT 2.0: Ford

Yeah guys, thats my car. I named it the Knight 3000 on purpose because I don't respect the mustang as a version of KITT. So I wanted that Knight 4000 look but alas, no dodge stealth to turn into a Banshee. :D

Soooo, I got the only car I could find that resembled that the most.
Oh and it may be a V6 body but it has a brand new v8 Firebird engine in it.

The reasons I did the headlights like that is because I wanted that sleek look that the Firebird and Banshee had with kinda a viper feel to the headlights. I just wasn't a fan of the recessed racoon style headlights that come on the 95 Camaros.

I'm not done yet, I am putting in a liliput 7" touchscreen as well as "holographic" gauges, and of course KITTs voice box.

Alot of people love the car, allot of die hard f-body guys think what I did to the car is 'ricer'.
I don't agree with the latter.

Of course I would LOVE it if EVERYONE thought my car was the shit, but bottom line, I love my car and thats all that really matters.

As long as you like it, thats all that should matter to you. Personally, I dont, but its yours so you should do what ever you want to it.

good question.
taste is in everyone's mouth, never the same. Appreciate the craftsmanship and ability to see beyond the box.

Thank you guys!
Yeah I did all the work myself. I will keep you guys posted as I finish the project.
I can respect the fact that some may not like it and am happy some do. But I'm not done yet...:D

As far as cost goes, not that much. Just labor more than anything. I also put in 6000k HID lights and have some more plans in the works.

But when all is said and done it does seem quite the head turner in my small town.

The red light is not legal in all 50 states. As far as the headlight mod, I don't know. I haven't been pulled over yet. :D
