So i just loaded my fifth retune, from logs, and when i did it started breaking up and missing at like 4000 rpm. It was kind of similar to when my opti went bad, but not near as consistent. It then threw a code, datamaster said # 36?-my obd 1 tool is broke, and started showing long term BLMs of like 80-LB and 200-RB.. They evened out to around 115-LB and 145-RB, and at this point it wasn't breaking up nearly as bad at/over 4000 rpms.. IDK what to think, and I hope someone can help. If anyone wants to look at the logs, let me know. Cant send the tune though.. Solomon is leaning towards a mechanical issue, but it happened just as soon as i loaded the new one...

If it just started on your newest tune, go back to your old tune and see if it still does it. Rules out the tune right there.

Sounds just like mine. 6 tunes later the stock tune was better. So I did a tune the other day loaded it up today. Which was rich for some reason. But not all the tables for my injectors were set. Where before it idled like crap and jerked. Now it is 10x better. Since it was rich I knocked some off the maf tables and it brought my blm's up. But looks like I have a lazy o2 sensor on the right bank. But only at idle.
Good luck I hope you get it worked out. I replaced everything on the car. Motor was new any way. Everything is new now cept the pump. Like $1500 I think I spent in two weeks. To where nothing fixed my problem. So I fell your pain.

Yea, the first thing i did was email solomon and reload the last tune. Still doin the same thing. I know that indicates its not the tune, but after it throws the SES code, i think it goes into safe mode or some diff fueling tables, and it doesn't run great but it will rev past 4000 rpms.. Which is basicly the main issue here...
It kills me cause this car has 30 grand in it and i will die if I destroy this motor..
Any way, thanks for the help. Currently, Im planning to check for bad wires, pull the plugs and check again (just did ten days ago), check fuel pressure (really dont think thats it).... Then Im gonna have to run the optispark check procedure I saw somewhere.. Really dont know what else to do. Maybe I will try some of my older tunes as well. Its really killing me, think I slept an hour last night!

Finally got my scanner to work.... The code was 36, which is why it starts running again after it throws the code. The high res output is messing up and it only runs of the low res after the SES is on.. Dam optispark. Just drove the car in the rain for the first time, unfortunately, this weekend. Should i start with the wiring harness, cap/rotor, or just new opti?
