What an amazing trip it has been since I started! As many of you know I have spent the last year away from friends and much of my family devoting all of my time to USAF pilot training. Today was my very last flight! I am already missing flying even though I just landed about 3 hours ago. I just wanted to give a shout out to all my borthers and sisters here at LTXtech and say thank you for your support!

Thanks everyone. The road to get here was both difficult and long. Pilot training was 13 months, but officer training school, years of getting a 4.0 in college and studying my ass off while on active duty Air Force orders and being a boom operator just to get the CHANCE to get here was almost equally as difficult.
The feeling of completion cannot be described in words. But I can say "thanks" to all of you for the kind words of encouragement and congrats.

I'll be bringing my Camera along with me for KC-135 training, so don't worry, you'll get your "up close in person" pics in usuall CALL911 fashion.

Surprised to see you not training in the KC-135's here at McConnell, but hell, what do I know.

McConnell is not a training base, it is an operational active duty KC-135 base. All KC-135 pilots get their training done at Altus to learn to fly the KC-135, then they go on to their assigned units to get mission qualified.

Tinker is in Oklahoma City. Thats a good 3.5 hour drive (one way) from where I will be in Altus. But still hit me up, as I am sure I will make the trip (more than once) while I am there.

Ben, you should be in Tulsa in 3.5 hours. Lawton is 1 hour, OKC is another hour.

I've been there before. I remember. I remember you gotta be on the road for a long time to get back to civilization. Should be a good time though. It will be nice to get away from it all for a while.

Gotchya, thanks for clarifying.
