Is the only spark retard table the Retard Vs MAP and Retard Vs RPM? Or are there more?

I need to make a test tune and remove all retard completely for limp home mode.. It's ONLY a test so I just need to know if those are the correct tables I'm looking at.

The tables you mentioned dont exist...

First off they aren't spark "retard" tables, they are spark advance tables, and the 2 main ones are Main Spark Advance vs RPM vs MAP and Extended Spark Advance vs RPM vs MAP...

Beyond that there are several knock retard tables... What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

If you're trying to tune out false knock, go buy 5 gallons of race gas, datalog, and tune til the knock is gone...

These tables do exist, and here's proof. I zeroed them out, and sure enough, spark retard was completely removed from the tune..

My tune (which is just a tune I modified from my solomon tune, ONLY as a test)

Stock tune

It was just a test, since I have 8 degrees of knock retard from a single non functioning knock sensor (code 43).. with zero i had no knock from the other sensor (since my engine has two sensors).

That's not "Spark Retard" tables as you mentioned above.

Those are Max Knock Retard tables...

which like I said, there are several knock retard tables, but only the 2 spark tables...

How would those tables not be spark retard tables? Spark retard is what you get from them. Like datamaster says spark retard instead of knock retard. Which they are more less the same thing. You get spark retard from knock. So knock retard would be spark retard. I mean I've always called them the same.

What he is doing is he has a problem with the knock sensor circuit. Throwing a code 43 I believe retarding the timing all the time. Where he has did new knock sensors and checked the wiring out. To where he believes it to be the knock module or a short in the wiring. He says he found a short but wanted to do a test to see how the car ran in the home mode with zero retard but with the code set. As the knock problem is giving him tuning problems. Where he wanted to make sure it was really the knock problem or what it was.

As I believe solomon turned his knock sensor clear off. Correct me if I am wrong evil?

Technically yes in some tunes, though we aren't exactly sure. It hasn't ever counted knock so I think so.

But yes, I want to remove retard completely. Just disabling 43 yielded pretty odd results that I want to stay away from, and were clearly because of further wiring problems.
