They better. I hear so many bad things about the Bosch I have.. But then I've heard that 4-wire Boshs aren't bad.
I have the 4-wire one, but one of them is lazy, and hopefully that is what's causing my weird stumble when approaching idle. I'll be heading to a red light, and the car stumbles over it's face going down as low as 300rpm, then it catches up really fast to 520rpm and lurches the car forward..
Solomon says I needed new O2's. So I got new O2's. I've spent some money on Solomons reccomendation, hopefully this car improves in it's driveability.. It's ALWAYS about idle.. Never have a problem in any other RPM, just idle, in GEAR.

Damnit!! Even with new O2 sensors the right side is STILL lazy. I've had it with this piece of horrible shit of my life!! It's only one of two things now, exhaust leak, or bad electrical wiring.
And the irony? The electrical harness for my O2 sensors is on the SAME tube as the knock sensor wires, which as everyone knows, my knock sensors DONT WORK either!!

Hmm, I gave it for a drive, it did seem to drive better though, hmm...
Left O2 lean code came up at idle once when I went into the house to get something when I left it idling..

Or , Just or there is something wrong with your car. Maybe your car is running lean , Which is why the 02's seem lazy.
I know someone who works at Bosch. :secret:

Listen man, working on older cars and making them right is a labor of love....
You have to enjoy working on them, accept spending money on them, and appreciate them and all the work when they finally get RIGHT!

Well I datalogged. Solomon says the log has improved with the new O2's but the drivers side has a malfunction, just like the old sensor, (bounces even when the engine is off and reads super rich once in a while)..
Still need to find out why it does that, but the car ran pretty good actually..
