There is no difference between a 94 Vette PCM vs our F body PCM's The service number is different because its for a "Vette"...Yes you can load the file.

ive heard differnt, that the pcms are not interchangable but again thats what i read.
the hot cam (thats what im assuming your gonna run) is differnt then a vette cam. vettes power bands are differnt as well because of their weight. you would be better off with a fbody tune designed for your cam and set up. f body, b body , and y body tunes are all differnt even though the ratings may be the same. i would talk to a tunner that is your best bet.

Ok I will try to find more I did a lot of searching but did not find that excalty. I thought I can do so I will gain some power from my just rebuild lt1. Where I live no one knows nothing from tuning lt1's(around 25 lt1-powerd cars on the island). Only one guy I know did sent his pcm to pcmforless.com and they did his tuning. But the thing is when I do it that way, they dont have the car+engine to testrun and see my results. I got a cam, egr air delete, eldelbrock shorties, flowmaster mulfer, electric wp, 160* thermo and a airfoil, msd optisprark. so I thought when I upload the lt4 BIN the only thing I have to change is the thermo degree. BTW what id the lt4 rev limit. The previous owners I think has removed the rev limiter and that thing keeps bouncing in 7K when I laund my car, i heard that that is not good for the lt1 and that I loses power. so what u guys think.

ouch 7k i would be really carfull my friend, somthing is not right there. its a possability you wount see any gains from the vette tune, vettes use differnt cams so the timming and TQ curves are gonna be differnt. send solomon a email at LT1pcmtuning.com. this guy really knows his stuff and you wount pay more then 100 bucks depending on what tuning method you do. this guy can set you right, and this will benifit you much much more then a y body tune.
i would stay away from the red zone on your rpm tach before you spin a bearing or somthing, then youll need a new engine!

I dont even drive the car now u know still driving-in ( umm I dont know the term for when un just rebuild a engine and you have to drive like 200miles under 50mph before driving hard I think its break-in or something, sorry)

no, no I did not spun the rebuilded engine. I said that I's now rebuilded because it spun (had to get a secondhand crank and one new rod) Oh ok 500 miles, I dont drive that much to because I still got the SES from the egr delete, waiting to get my ALDL cable to switch that thing out

Yes, the tunes are different, but the PCM will work and are interchangeable, I have done this many times.....Also if you are just looking for OB1 PCM, the Buick Roadmaster, and chevy caprice also use the same PCM, just make sure it is an LT1 and not the Baby....
