I don't post on here very often, but I do browse the forums pretty often so I thought I'd let all you LT1 fans check out my new exhaust! I spent the last week and a half taking my factory exhaust and emissions equipment off, and putting on my pacesetter ceramic coated longtubes, ORY, cutout, and magnaflow catback. I also did new prothane motor mounts while I was at it. So far I'm loving it! the difference is night and day, it feels and sounds so much better. I really did not have any complaints about the install either. I just took my time, and everything seemed to go smoothly. I am very happy with how well everything tucked up under the car too, there is tons of clearance. The only thing that is left to do is install the electric cutout and wire that up. I'm planning on putting the switch next to the ash tray so its hidden until you open the lid.. can't wait for that. Anyways, here's some pictures and a few vid links:

what midpipe did you use and also did you need to cut it to put the cutout on?

When I ran Hooker LT's, Hooker ORY and a Magnaflow catback with no cat, I used the Magnaflow I-pipe and cut the "S" at the end off and it bolted right up. You would need to cut a section in the i-pipe to bolt or weld the cutout in. Not a big deal if you have a power or air grinder.

Hah, sorry for the month late reply! I've been super busy lately.. but I just used the magnaflow i-pipe and cut a section out to get the cutout positioned where I wanted it. ^ like he mentioned I just made my measurements, double checked them, then cut the pipe with a cutoff wheel. I can get some pics if you still need them.
