Let me know how those work out, and post pics of the light pattern at night if you could. I'm curious to see how they look with the non-projector/cutoff setup. I just installed a set of 55w DDM HID's in our Celica and I was AMAZED how they looked.

I had a set back due to a bad ballast sent to me. I took a quick shot of one working from in the car w/ my cell. Just w/ one I could see both ditches and well in front of me. I will snap a pic w/ a real camera tonite and post it w/ both working.

Here is a few more shots. Not one car has flashed me yet and I can see everything clear as day.

The pics do not show how nice it really is. I still need to fine tune them as well. I would not be scared to try these in your car for anyone who is intrested in them.

They are not too bad on glare. I went w/ 35amp slim ballasts and the 6000's(bulbs) no one flashes me. :peace2:

What ones did you get? Are the 4 sep. housings, bulbs & ballasts?

I like these because the high beams are halogens. lows hid's. Good for driving thru a town or city and not have the cops behind you. I wasnt getting flashed w/ the highs on either.

Paul these lamps wont work in the Camaros , Hold off on anything I have 2 different hid sets on the way some stock halogen bulbs, Going to make a night out of swapping all this stuff to see the difference

Im not sure if they will work in the camaro or not. The housings that hold my lamp had to be cut out a litte bit bigger to make these work in my car. I also hard wired mine in and used heat shrink connectors. The slide in tabs didnt seem to be the best route.

Do the lamps come with any kind of shields? Any wall pattern shots?

Looking at the third pic, looks like a lot of glare to me seeing as the road signs are lit up like crazy. Could just be the pic.
