Lower ball joint install sucks

These damn lower ball joints area PITA! Im on my second diffrent smaller diameter set. (The first ones are still good.) I can't get these things to seat properly and the shop that did my alignment last time rounded the nuts/bolts. WTF to do now?

I'm just about part this damn thing out!
