So , I have a issue with my abs unit clicking constantly.

I would like to add a line lock since my car is a m6, While the kit is straight forward for the lt1's do I need a tech II scanner to bleed the abs block after I install the line lock kit? Trying to save a few bucks rather than delete it and have to flare out new lines.

Thanks!

No, you should not need a tech II to bleed the BPMV after a line lock installation. I've done probably 20+ installations of my own and I've never had an issue with having to bleed the BPMV (Brake Pressure Modulation Valve, commonly called the ABS Pump).

Is there a write-up on how to bleed the (BPMV) properly?

Not that I know of. Typically you just bleed the brakes as normal and air (if introduced prior to the BPMV) is forced through. I have yet to experience one that has needed a Tech II to do the BPMV bleed procedure.

Fastbird did an install on my Formula in my sig. I drove 7.5 hours out to him, and then realized I didn't have my wheel lock on me. We did an "alternate" bleed by disconnecting the brake line to bleed the air out of the system. Messy, but it worked fine. Doing a normal bleed job would be the way to go.

FWIW (and I'm not just saying this because I am friends with Fastbird), Fastbirds line lock system is awesome, and for the going price is frankly a steal compared to much lesser quality kits out there that cost more.

Install was very straightforward and a pretty slick kit. Just bled the front brakes after install and no issues.

this is how i did my line lock setup ...was pretty easy, the only issue i had was the first line lock solenoid was broken so i returned it and everything works awesome.

I didnt use Fastbird's system. I have the slp unit. I also just bled the brakes like you would on any other car. I noticed the fluid was dark and nasty so I just kept bleeding it until I started seeing clean fluid.
