Well the brake light on usually means there was a loss in fluid as I assume the parking brake is off.I'd try bleeding the brakes all around, starting with the rear wheels first.if the abs is working properly the light can come on because it sees resistance in the electrical system, there might be the incorrect bulbs in the tail lights or if he is using LEDs.

what blubird said, and wooshie.
air in your line is a possibility, bleeding the brakes will definitely be necessary in determining what your issue is.

We already bleed the brakes and it does the same thing it takes the moosh outa the pedal and then once the car is started it goes back to moosh.... and the lights stay the same....

What do you mean by the tail lights? those bulbs are factory. and a new abs motor and mod. and master cyclinnder tranny sensor and wheel sensors are all new.

Check your engine bay grounds, especially the one behind the battery. I've seen that ground being loose cause similar issues to what you're seeing.

Sounds like you could have a bad master cylinder
