Post ammount for WTB/WTS threads?

I'm assuming the New rule to have a certain ammount of posts just came about with the new site update? I just went to go post a new thread in the wanted section and It tells me that I need 50 posts to make a thread there.. I know I've made atleast 1 or 2 threads in each topic before this new update here now..

Any way around it? I don't spend much time on here other then in the buy/sell area..

Well then that's a problem. You can't just be leeching off of the site for selling and buying. You need to contribute more like everyone else is doing.

In more or less words, he's correct. We basically want our users to participate with the forum before using the sales resources. 50 posts is really nothing. Sorry to throw a wrench your way, but realistically you should be able to make 50 quality posts in no time. :D

If I was buying and selling hundreds of things then yes, I could see it being leeching. I've got a few things to sell and I need 3 things My self. Figured I would try to help out an LTx platform guy before checking on ls1tech.

It is when you're not someone who doesn't like to post bull shit replies to get up to a certain post amount to do stuff. And I don't mean just complete Junk posts either. I see no point in Posting,

"Man, you're car sounds great!" "Dang, car's looking good" Ect.

If You're going to make it 50 posts to post a new thread in the Buy/sell section, Just make it 50 posts to be able to even see the buy/sell parts of the forum. :hmm:
Especially if just a few weeks ago any body could go a head and use it.


Also just realized you can't even send PMs untill 15 posts? :laugh:

Oh and let me add this.. It's called LTxTECH for a reason. It's mainly a tech forum, the for sale section is just a plus. Now if it were called LTxgarage or LTxsales then you would have an argument.
