Well, not really happy about it, but living through it right now is kinda scary.
I was driving home from Best Buy, and at a red light. All of a sudden heavy winds picked up and my car was now finding it self skating across the road. I feel so lucky it gave up and I could obtain traction to go..
I get home, I thought I was safe. WRONG. Tornado sirens are blaring here now, which means a tornado has been sighted in our area.
Well, lets hope i survive it. I survived it on the road, lets see if home I can do it too.

Ha, Charley? I remember that, we got hit quite hard.
Old pics. Note how close my car was to being demolished.

ill dig up pics later but yea, or town was destroyed and has just in the last couple years made its come back, the hurricane 1st came ashore in the harbor about 3-4 miles from where i lived. It was a cat 4 when it made land fall. It sucked! weeks without power and water, had to share skools. a month of no school. curfew at 9. blah blah blah yea it made our small town somewhat popular an noticeable the national guard was here handing out food an water for along time too.

Ouch, we didn't get it that bad. Actually, the power never went out in our neighborhood. It stayed on. Only after the hurricane does our power go out like clockwork. I can never keep my servers up longer than 40 days uptime because of it. We have underground lines here.
But our roads were pretty bad. The last pic where I'm on the broken side walk was during the eye of the storm, everyone came out to see what happened, then we rushed back into the houses for round two.
