My right side turn signal does not work when you turn it on it just stays on but flashers work but the right side flashers isnt as bright. Bulbs are all good.

Do the left ones work?

I forgot what blinkers are since my switch broke off over a year ago.

yea left side works and flashers work just not as bright on one side. The bright filament doesnt light up on the right side.

You sure all the bulbs are good and the correct bulbs are installed? Usually when a bulb goes out, you can turn on the turn signal, but the arrow in the dash just lights up and doesn't actually blink.

As far as one side being brighter than the other, my car is the same way. I wired in new connectors because they weren't in good shape on either side, but its still the same way.

Check the bulb/terminals for corrosion and go ahead and pick up a new blinker switch from autozone. It's like $3 so if that doesn't fix it oh well. Also apply a little electrical grease on the bulbs for good contact.

I am actually having the same problem in the Hawk, but I think its bulbs (have a couple out since getting it back out). I will let you know what it turns out to be when I finally crack them open and have a look.
