Want to learn to tune.

Im looking to learn how to tune for myself. Can anyone recommend some sites with good info? Ive helped my friend with street tuning his ls1. So i kinda understand what needs to be done. but i dont want to assume anything so i figured started from scratch and learning as i go would be the best bet

Get yourself an ALDL cable from:
