Tunercats/Jets depending on if your OBD1 or 2.

I guess you have decided to stay clear of CSS?

Or save a little money and download TunerPro, and buy the Winflash from the guys at Tunercat. TunerPro is freeware, but donations are accepted.

I have both TunerCat and TunerPro, but if I were to do it again, above is what I'd do instead.
