So this summer a few freinds and I want to go somewhere. Just get the hell out of Illinois.
We all live around Chicago, Been to Wisconsin Dells , One freind is from Montana. All of us have been to Stl/Indy local big citys. Ive personally been to Delaware before ( In winter)
I was thinking Canada, Or maybe somewhere along the golf just to see something or get out of the country who knows. We are all in our early 20's and need to see whats else is out there I guess.
Ideas? :D

Why the hell would you come here in any season, they all suck!! LOL Next time you in DE let me know, it is a small state, sure we can meet up.. anyway... I have been all over the world. I prefer Europe. It is pricey to go overseas now, and a PIA with security and all. I liked Spain, but I dont speak anough Spanish to be there on my own. England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales were really cool too, especially if you like Anglo history. I am heading to Asia on business in a few weeks (i think) with my biz partner. I am not too sure about it though. As for the USA When i was 17 i went to New Orleans on a High School trip (one and ONLY time they did that!! LOL) It was awesome at the time, but i dont think it is anymore like it used to be. I like Chicago over New York. I liked Denver too, especially the trian up Pikes Peak. I have done a few cruises and there are pretty good deals out there, just gotta look around. Find a "freestyle" one where the drink prices are cheaper. The food is usually awesome and a lto to do onboard and on the excursions. I just did a Disney one withhe family and it was sweet (something for you to look forward to some day.. LOL) If you want to be in Awe of natur, hit up the Grand Canyon and make a long stay. I could go on and on, but yeah, dont come to DE in winter :shame:

Niagara Falls. Theres a ton of things to do there. Bring a passport and you can enjoy both the American and Canadian side of it. You'll have a blast. Its an amazing site (especially at night when its all lit up) and something you'll never forget.

How about the hot rod power tour starting on june 5th? It starts in Newton, IA speedway wich is somewhat close to you and goes down south to end up in Alabama.. You will get to see a lot of kewl cars and great people plus some of the most beautiful scenery that the midwest and deep south have to offer. Where it stops is only an hour or two from the gulf so you could go see that. I have been to the gulf before and it was great!

if thats what you plan your trips around then you definitely need to see more of b.c!! if you're ever in the kootenays, hit up creston b.c..my hometown, its got the kokanee brewery, you get free brew, and i cool tour. in the summer it's so fun, there's kootenay lake just 20 min away, longest free ferry ride in the world, and it's SO beautiful there. if any of you guys are up this way let me know!!!!

Well I personally love Photography , Cars and some outdoors im Definatly not a camping type. Id like to stay within a 2 day drive from Chicago, Maybe be gone for about a week. I am def thinking about going up the greatlakes into Canada to Niagra Falls Then back down state side.
Is there a good Route or lots to see or do say if we entered the country from Detroit and then Drove to Niagra falls?
Id like to stay away from cars for this mainly because I am sure my current g/f is going to get tired of car stuff all summer ( We started dating in December while my car was put away)
Pick up Parish, throw him in the trunk of your car, and bring him to me.....
I thought thats what Whoosh and I were doing our one trip to Iowa But apparently the fucker moved down to southern Il. Which may I add I have ppl down there so when I go back to school, ( Southern Il University) I may have to stop by :secret:

Mapquest says its a 10 hour trip.
Niagara falls has a ton of things to do there. Tons of hotels, casino's, maid of the mist (boat that takes you right up to the falls), hard rock cafe, tons of places to eat, and buffalo is just right around the corner.
http://www.niagarafallslive.com/Attractions_in_Niagara_Falls.htm
I usually go there a few times a year. Its about an hour away from me. I like to stay on the canadian side. They have a really nice Hilton Hotel there.
LMK if you have any more questions. Its truely an amazing place.
