So I want to buy TunerCATs and do the tuning myself. However, I have a supercharged LT1 so will that be more difficult to do the tune vs a non-FI car? The car runs great as it is, just want to fine tune some things. Thanks.

You'll want to have a wide band handy when fine tuning and getting your tune correct.

Yes, it's going to be more difficult. How much depends on how much boost you run. LT1 computers were pretty iffy when going into the positive map range reading capability. Doable yes, but it takes lots of time. TREAD WITH CAUTION if you're not experienced.

Thanks for the head up. I will be doing this very slowly and monitoring everything very closely. The LT1 is running 5 psi so I don't know how much that will make a difference. Thanks again!

At 5psi, tuning is not going to be very hard. You should be able to accomplish the fuel tuning without any special tricks. Just tread carefully with the timing.
