The race that blew the TH350

My brothers car is a 1994 Trans Am Hard top leather auto-mods-vette 4 bolt main block, PP vette heads, LT4 hot cam kit, long tubes, flow master super 40, a/c delete, Th350, 2,400 stall, shift kit, drag radials

Other car-1999 Trans Am M6-mods-cat back, intake, and free mods

I really didn't want to race my brothers car considering he was out of town but i was in the middle of doing body work on my camaro. I was just driving and this car comes up and starts messing with me for a good 2 miles acting like he's hot shit. I just ignore him for a couple lights but he keeps looking over and laughing and playing with the throttle. So we come to a light and he is still laughing and reving his car up so i figure what the hell, light turns green and i just put it to the floor, but to my supprise the drag radials didn't hook up for shit, i do a burn out from a dead stop up through third gear, white smoke and all and still pulling cars on him lol.. Find out after the race i knew his passenger lol..

Two days later the Th350 takes a shit in my brothers car, talk about a phone call i didn't want to make.. LOL.. Why do LS1's always think they can take an LT1?

Its newer it must be faster. But alot of the time its true :(:(:(
Im still 4-0 on LS1s but I think my luck will run out sooner than later.

Most ls1s do outrun lt1s. Around here it is rare to see a clean lt1 car that was taken care of. Most of them are rundown and dont run for shit. I was at the track a few weeks ago and a 95 camaro was there and couldnt get out of the 15s. There were a couple ls1 cars that ran mid 13s and one ran a 12.8.

The lt1 can run though when everything is working right.

Most of the reason Im sticking to the LT1..not many folks building them..they are always the underdog...plus Im tired of the godly LS1s thinking just that;)

Havent been beat by one yet...raced one my NA on his spray...raced another spray to spray (this one was a gutted out car with a race seat only)...few other misc kills here and there.

Now will I convert one day...sure...but for now my avaitor says it all:D

Yeah both boat anchors in my car are enough to mop the floor with LS1's.. lol
